1. In high temperature and high humidity environments, the evaporation rate of the solvent will accelerate, and it will absorb moisture from the air into the ink, leading to a shortened ink lifespan. Therefore, the evaporation rate of the solvent should be appropriately slowed down, and dehumidifying equipment should be increased as much as possible. The optimal humidity in the printing workshop should be controlled at 55±5%, and the temperature is generally controlled at 25°C and 1°C to reduce printing quality issues. In dry and low-temperature environments, static electricity is easily generated, affecting registration, so manual watering can be used to increase the humidity in the workshop.

2. Since Yelinlitong Environmental Protection Thinner is a mixed solvent, it must be stirred evenly after mixing; otherwise, there will be differences in solvent components in certain areas, affecting the printing effect. Yelinlitong Environmental Protection Thinner also has strong solubility and good lubricity, effectively solving issues such as irregular lines, incomplete scraping, static electricity, and burrs. Therefore, the pressure of the scraper and pressure roller should not be too high, and it should be controlled at 2 to 3 pressures for optimal results.

3. In printing, due to the different transfer of color pigments, binders, and resins in the ink to the substrate, after a period of use, issues such as reduced resin content in the ink, solvent evaporation, and increased viscosity may occur. Therefore, while adding solvent, it is advisable to add some ink diluent to replenish the resin content of the ink. If the printing machine does not have an ink circulation system, care should be taken not to add too much solvent at once; instead, use a small amount frequently while stirring. Additionally, after several adjustments with the solvent, it is necessary to add a portion of the original ink to ensure the consistency of the color and gloss of the printed products.

4. Yelinlitong Environmental Protection Thinner is also a chemical product, so it should be stored in a cool, ventilated warehouse, away from fire sources, with attention to fire and explosion prevention. The storage time should not be too long, and during storage, it is necessary to check for any solvent leakage issues. Its shelf life is 6 months.
